PANCAKES RECIPE
-This recipe is suitable for kids from 1 year. Please monitor their consumption to avoid choking.
-The first step is to add and mix all the dry ingredients together.
List of ingredients- HILSNOSH, baking powder, sugar, pinch of salt, Egg, milk, butter/oil.
How to make-
- Add any HILSNOSH of choice to a bowl
- Add your baking powder commensurate to the quantity of HILSNOSH you are using.
- Add a pinch of salt
- Sugar or honey to sweeten if you want and mix all these dry ingredients very well using a spatula or whatever turner you can find at home.
Beat your egg, together with your liquid milk and pour into the flour mix then mix all well
Then add more milk to make the batter light
Grease your frying pan and fry in batches
Till you finish
Mashed boiled eggs + milk + fruitimix /nutty delite recipeย
This particular recipe has a filling effect and will keep your baby full for longer.
It is also perfect if your baby is overweight or at risk of suffering child obesity.
How to make-

- ย Bring your fresh egg to boil
- Peel your egg and allow to cool
- Express your breastmilk if that is what you choose to do or bring out any milk of choice (must be fit for infants).
- Bring a little water to boil
- Mix your desired quantity of nutty delite cereal, into a smooth paste
- Pour the mixed paste into the boiling water and mix till it done.
- Turn off the heat
- Go ahead to mash your freshly boiled egg, using a masher or an eating fork
- Add the mashed egg into the nutty delite pudding
- Top up with your desired milk and mix well
- Now itโs time for baby to enjoy
Please always serve warm.
Recipe for Corn dogs using HILSNOSH
This is a perfect snacks to munch on for your kids from 1year old.
Ingredients- Hilsnosh , hot dogs, milk, sugar, salt, baking powder, pepper, eggs, all purpose flour, oil for frying, skewers.
HOW TO MAKE
๐ Hilsnosh- 80% , flour - 20%
Mix together in a dry bowl
๐ Mix in other dry ingredients (sugar, pinch of salt, baking powder,milk, pepper)
๐ Add your whisked eggs and mix very well
N:b - Your batter must be abit thick and well mixed
๐ cut your sausages after washing ( I cut 1 into 3)
๐ cut your skewers too (I cut a stick into 2)
๐ stick the skewers into the sausages
๐ coat the sausages with the batter by diping them into the batter
๐ Fry in batches till you are done (under low heat)
๐ I serve my kids with cold zobo, you can also use any bath drink of choice.
Fruity potato balls recipe
This is perfect for babies as from 6 months of age.
A great source of vitamins.
How to make-
- Wash your sweet potatoes and peel
- Cut your peeled potatoes in bits, pour into a pot and bring to boil
- When itโs boiled, drain the water, set it aside
- Prep your fruits (I advise banana and apples), trust me you will love it.
- Wash and peel your fruits, mash the bananas using a masher, same with the apples.
- Mash your boiled potatoes too, mix all mashes in a clean bowl
- To bind this together, add your HILSNOSH FRUITI OAT PORRIDGE, add a little milk if you desire.
- Begin to mould, then fry.

YOGHURT + MASHED AVOCADOS AND HILSNOSH FUITIMIX PUDDING( perfect for babies from 6months)
I recommend unsweetened yogurt for this recipe, if your baby isnโt up to 1 year of age.
I also recommend butter Avocados, they are fleshier and tastier.
How to make-
- Wash the ripe Avocados, pill it, remove the seed, and slice into a clean bowl.
- Mash the sliced Avocados, with a mashed or fork.
- Bring a little amount of water to boil, make a paste off the HILSNOSH FRUITIMIX, pour the mixture into the boiling water, stir continuously till you get the desired consistency and yes, your pudding is ready.
- Scoop the FRUITIMIX PUDDING into a clean plate, add the mashed avocados and your desired quantity of yoghurt
- Stir all together and mix thoroughly, then serve warm.
CARROT SAUCE RECIPE
This is suitable for babies as from 7 months.
Use freshly bought carrots for this very simple but nutritious recipe.
How to make-
- Wash and peel your desired quantity of carrot
- Cut in bits and bring to a boil
- Pour all the contents of the pot into a blender and blend
- Allow to cool, scoop into a container and store in the fridge
- This is a perfect topping for any of our Hilsnosh puddings.
